Tony’s Meat Market presents racing at Big Diamond Speedway on Friday April 29th

Friday night April 29th will find the 600 XCEL Modifieds join the Insigner Performance Modifieds, the USS Achey Crate 602 Sportsman and the Red White and Blue Autos Roadrunners as part of Tony’s Meat Market night.  

Tony’s Meat Market located in Minersville, PA is a supplier of Choice Beef, Grade A Poultry, Tony’s also has a full take-out menu with Pizza, Wings, Hoagies, Italian Dinners and more and also offers a full catering menu along with delivery. You can reach Tony’s Meat Market at 570-544-4800. If you want a good sandwich on your way to the track, stop by at Tony’s Meat Market, you won’t be disappointed.  

This Friday, the Insigner Performance Modifieds will compete for a first-place winners share of $3500 for their 25-lap main event. Last Friday night, it was Ryan Krachun winning for the first time ever at Big Diamond Speedway as he took home the $12,000 first place prize. Opening night winner Jeff Strunk will be back looking to get back on track after a disappointing DNQ last Friday night. Strunk is still leading the chase for the championship after two weeks.  

The USS Achey Crate 602 Sportsman which is arguably the most competitive division each and every Friday night will be competing this Friday for a winners share of $750. Brandon Edgar rebounded from a hard crash on opening night to win last Friday will be looking for two in a row come Friday night. Opening night winner is still leading the points over Danny Buccafusca in the chase for the track championship.  

Last season’s two big winners Andrew Fayash III and Alex Schoffstall have both won features this season after two weeks of racing and both will be looking to up their total on Friday. Fayash III is the early season points leader over Mike Reichert.  

Also, part of Friday nights racing card will be the 600 XCEL Modifieds who will be making their first appearance of the season at Big Diamond.  

Pit gates open at 5:00 PM, Grandstands open at 5:30 PM  

Warmups get underway at 7:15 PM with racing starting at 7:45 PM  

Pit admission is $35 for Big Diamond Speedway members. Non-member pit admission is $40.   

General admission on Friday night will be $20, Senior admission is $18, Kids under 16 are free. Active military are admitted free with a valid ID.   

Once again in 2022, Big Diamond Speedway has partnered with Dirt Track Digest TV to bring the live action to you if you cannot attend via Pay-Per-View.
