This Tuesday night June 7th will be the return of the 410-winged sprint cars to Big Diamond Speedway for the first of two visits to the Schuylkill County dirt oval. Last season, the winged beasts returned to Big Diamond after a long absence with Cory Haas taking the win over Mark Smith. The always exciting fire breathing 410’s will race for a $5,000 first place prize with $500 to take the green. The late great Greg Hodnett leads the way with five 410 sprint car wins.

Last year’s winner Cory Haas has indicated he will be back to defend his crown. Other drivers who have indicated that they will be in attendance on Tuesday night include Ryan Smith, Reese Nowartarski, Kyle Moody, Jordan Givler, Billy Dietrich, Mark Smith, Austin Bishop, Tyler Ross, Chad Trout, Bradley Howard, Justin Whittall and current USAC East Coast Wingless points leader and former modified driver Briggs Danner. Also adding his name to the entry list just the other day is “Double D” Danny Dietrich driver of the Gary Kauffman No. 48. Dietrich is always fast no matter what track he is racing at and will be in the mix for the win.

The USS Achey Crate 602 Sportsman will be joining the sprint cars at Big Diamond on Tuesday night. The Crate 602 Sportsman will be running their feature race with $1,500 going to the winner. Going into this Friday’s action. James Costlow, Brendan Edgar and Talan Carter have all visited victory land so far in 2022.

Finishing out the racing card on Tuesday night will be the Red White and Blue Autos Roadrunners who will put on their exciting brand of racing. The past two years it has been the Andrew Fayash III and Alex Schoffstall show with both drivers dominating in the win department. Who will be the driver to put a stop to their domination?

** This will be a full points show for the Crate 602 Sportsman and for the Roadrunners **

Pit gates will open this Friday at 5:00 pm with Grandstand gates opening at 5:30 pm
