All regular track classes + Pro 4 Racing Club on tap this Friday at Big Diamond Speedway

Big Diamond Speedway will close out the month of July this coming Friday evening, July 25, with another action-filled program of dirt track racing as part of Foran’s Transmission & Auto Repair Night.

On tap will be the Quandel Concrete 358 Modifieds, USS Achey Inc., 602 Crate Sportsman, the Red White and Blue Autos Inc., Roadrunners – who will be competing for a $1000 top prize – the Big Creek Concrete Rookie 602 Crate Sportsman plus for the first time the Pro4 Racing Club.

Thus far all four regular track classes have produced exciting racing and excellent outcomes to boot.

Louden Reimert heads into the final July race meet as the 358 Modified point leader. Reimert has picked up two feature wins and has been a consistent finisher with five top-5s and eight top-10’s in nine starts.

With his recent victory, though, Jeff Strunk has jumped up to second in the standings and has been turning in much the same steady runs, keeping things close in the rankings.

Parity could best describe the 2025 602 Crate Sportsman class, evident by the fact that there has been seven different winners in as many races this year. Two-time and defending champion Jordon Henn remains the point leader over Mike Schneck Jr. Even though there is plenty of equal footing among the class, these two seem to have the knack of getting towards the front when it counts and thus remain tight in the battle for the championship.

When Alex Schoffstall won his second Roadrunner feature last Friday, it raised his all-time wins in class to 36. But despite that and the fact that he is the points leader, hovering close behind is Chuck Fayash and not to mention a host of others in this always-thrilling full fender class who make things tough amongst each other every week.

The Rookie 602 Crate Sportsman continues to nurture up and coming talent and it’s amazing to look back in the short time of the class and see just how many good drivers have come from this division and are now making their mark in the upper classes.

For the first time Big Diamond Speedway will host the Pro 4 Racing Club which was developed to foster 4-cylinder racing in a good, clean racing environment while keeping costs affordable for all participants.
